2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request:

To submit a DMCA takedown request, please email your completed notice to info@shoutmybook.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request.” We will review your claim and take appropriate action in compliance with the DMCA.

  • We will respond to all valid DMCA takedown notices promptly.

3. Counter-Notification Process:

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, the counter-notification must include the following:

  2. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside, or if outside the U.S., a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which ShoutMyBook.com may be found.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature (the signature of the person submitting the counter-notification).

If you would like to submit a counter-notification, please email it to info@shoutmybook.com with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification.” Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will review it and take appropriate action.

4. Repeat Infringers:

In accordance with the DMCA, ShoutMyBook.com may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to take action against users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others, including removing access to the services provided by ShoutMyBook.com.

5. Limitation of Liability:

ShoutMyBook.com is not liable for any damages, loss, or expense resulting from the removal or disabling of access to any content that is found to be infringing. We act as a neutral intermediary and comply with the DMCA’s procedures to ensure that copyright owners’ rights are respected while also safeguarding the rights of users who post content on our platform.
