A Short Path to Change is a well-written, concise, heart-wise book that reminded me of just the things I needed to know during a difficult time. No matter how long a person has been on a spiritual path, being human has its challenges. This book is terrific for quickly overcoming them. I was particularly impressed and well served by the section on chakras. Jenny writes about them in the most comprehensive way I’ve yet come across. She references symptoms of under- or over-active chakra activity, suggests foods, stones and exercises that can be done to re-balance each chakra, and provides terrific affirmations to support the process. (And that’s just one section of this incredibly helpful book!)
This is a book I’ll turn to again and again as needed.
