I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading this book-in fact, I’ve read it twice already. Not only is it incredibly thought provoking, it’s inspiring and motivating. I was most intrigued to read in the Intro that the author is also a personal trainer which for me was proof and validation of what you will read. This is a fantastic book for those of all walks of life and truly defines a clear path to finding and/or restoring balance. I highly recommend this book to everyone!!
