The aura in the display case shifts and becomes animated, tense, mysterious and simply a nightmare. Dark shadows of rejection and isolation shroud Buckwheat. Something is amiss. The house is in disarray, and everyone is drawn into the unknown. The journey into the light begins. “We wear the mask that grins and lies. It hides our cheeks and shades our eyes.” __ Paul Laurence Dunbar.
