About the Author
SANDRA M. REED was born in New Roads, Louisiana. She received her B.A. in English and Drama Education from Dillard University. Sandra is a veteran teacher of the Chicago Public Schools. She also served as an elected official and established the Myria Reed Foundation for Children with Special Needs. As a member of Actors’ Equity, she has performed throughout Chicago and Wisconsin. Her life journey and travels shaped and influenced her writings. Sandra loves writing, particularly to transform and motivate readers.
