What I've discovered is that it is impossible to be unhappy for long if you do this. My husband of 34 years died last March from a brain bleed. Deborah Perdue, RScP, is the author of “Daily Gratitude Reflections — 365 Guides to Great-Full Living”, two beautiful and inspiring “Grace of Gratitude Journals” (blue hardcover and gold hardcover), author of “Grace of Gratitude Reflections,” is the author of Paths to Gratitude Coloring Book with artist Tara Thelen, and a contributing author to the book “Energy of Expansion” and “The Art of Creativity.” She has been a licensed practitioner at the Centers for Spiritual Living since 2007. She teaches transformative workshops, classes and facilitates retreats on the topics of gratitude, joy and peace, and how to bring them more fully into our lives.
