Author Gail Meath takes readers through an intricate plot with interweaving twists and turns that will keep you guessing until the end. The characters feel well-fleshed out, with distinct traits and personalities that create a compelling dynamic when they interact with each other. The realistic tone of the narrative heightens the stakes, and you will find yourself on the edge of your seat multiple times during the story. Jax, Laura, Tim, and Ace make a formidable team, and I can't wait to follow their next adventure. Recommended to murder mystery lovers.
