One of the most frustrating problems of modern life is how difficult it can become to get a good and restful night’s sleep.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably among those people fighting to get through each day without enough rest. Studies have linked insufficient sleep to weakened immune systems, memory problems, feelings of anxiety and depression, irritability, obesity, high blood pressure, lessened physical skills and coordination, and daytime fatigue.

Individuals who don’t get enough sleep are more prone to accidents and are at an increased risk of causing injury to themselves and others around them.

This book offers real, sensible and effective solutions to getting a good night’s sleep, a restful sleep and a sleep that invigorates you in the way a great night’s sleep is supposed to.

Foods to help you get a great night’s sleep. Drinks that help you sleep. Night time snack recipes that help you fall asleep quickly and sleep all night. Included is information on the supplements known to help you sleep well.

“Handful of Almonds may well make a big difference!”

Five Star Review on Amazon By susan jacobs

I bought this book because i often have difficulty getting a full night’s sleep and wondered if there was something that could be done without taking drugs that often times have deleterious side effects. Ms Berk covers many varied items (foods, drugs etc…) that contribute to getting less than optimum rest as well as giving advice on things you can do, foods you can eat that will aid in restful sleep. I especially liked one tip of having a handful of almonds prior to bedtime which are high in magnesium and calcium which together help calm and sooth muscles and nerves to improve the quality of your sleep. I enjoyed the quick read, it’s jam-packed with some great information and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their rest and regenerative sleep.
