Am I enlightened yet? by Angela Edstrom
Angela Edstrom shares her healing journey from fear to love in this lighthearted account of her lifelong struggle to find peace. After being diagnosed with lupus in 1989, she began a quest for healing and spiritual enlightenment. Years of searching for a simple way to find the healing she so desperately wanted prompted her to create a plan that would forever change her life. Using spiritual ideas, she devised the Necessary Accessory plan, which focuses on one spiritual practice at a time over the course of a week. This plan is devised to be flexible for anyone to use and can be changed to suit individual healing journeys. After following the plan for a week you will begin to uncover a greater sense of spirit, and you will feel your life changing for the better. Angela’s story will show that anyone can find enlightenment-and that everyone is entitled to live a joyful, peaceful life.
