“A realistic and scary adventure”

Five Star Review on Amazon By Cheree

Just WOW! This book gave me nightmares! But not necessarily because it’s “so scary” tho it is pretty darned scary, but it just feels so realistic and relateable. I dreamed that I was one of the characters and was living this experience. The family aspect here just adds the full on sucker punch to the gut. What wouldn’t you do to protect your family? I also loved the dynamics between the family and other survivors. As the world falls to poo and people go crazy, because let’s face it, they will, who do you trust? When do you take the chance to risk your families safety on a stranger? But do you turn into a human monster and turn your back on humanity? A fantastic telling of an apocalyptic event full of, action, love, scary scenes, gun porn, and an all out battle for their lives! Love it and can’t wait for the next book!

About the Author

I have always been a bit of a vagabond. Born in Washington, raised in California. I joined the Coast Guard after high school. During my Coast Guard career I was an Admiral’s driver in San Francisco, a deckhand on a 378′ cutter in the Bering Sea, and an Aviation Electrician in North Carolina, Texas and Southern Florida. After I left the Coast Guard I worked security, first guarding MX nuclear missiles, then at a nuclear power plant in California. Eventually I went to college in Wisconsin, only to drop out after meeting my future wife. I went on to finish college at 36 and own a Miracle Ear franchise. I went into publishing for a short time before becoming an Information Systems Specialist. I currently split my time between West (by God) Virginia and Surfside Beach, SC.
