This is a captivating, heart-warming and funny story where I take you on the journey from when I was a young girl who, to the outside world, enjoyed an idyllic upbringing. If only I knew what was going on behind closed doors and the profound impact this would have on the rest of my life.

If your life has been perfect then my memoirs will bore the pants off you. However, if you have been mentally battered and bruised by dysfunctional relationships, cursed by anxiety and panic attacks and believe that chocolate is the cure for everything then grab yourself a multi-pack, buckle up and enjoy the ride!

“A fantastic, compulsive & relatable read”

Five Star Review on Amazon by Gail C

Written with a fabulous blend of honesty, humour and irony, Kristina’s book had me captivated from the opening page.
My heart ached at the sad parts, I giggled at the funny bits – but above all, I empathised with so much of what she was saying.
As someone who’s suffered with crippling anxiety for as long as I can remember, it was comforting to know I’m not alone – and reassuring to see there is always hope.
If we’re being true to ourselves, I think we’d admit there’s a little bit of Kristina in all of us – and that’s what makes this story so wonderfully relatable. 5-stars from me!
