In this erotic, satirical adventure, a Dishonorable Discharge leaves a young Black man homeless, disoriented, and all alone in the world; or so he thinks. When his Night Shift Supervisor needs a simple favor, the ex-sailor accidently stumbles upon a dangerous hustle that will leave him either, extremely wealthy, locked up in a federal prison for life, or brutally murdered!
When a wealthy, female Naval Officer from his past reappears, it momentarily redirects his attention. But, after unwittingly stepping into the path of an angry, South American Drug Lord, he gains the attention of every law enforcement agency in the country (and south of the border). Searching for a scapegoat, the Police, the Feds, and the Mexican Federales accuse him of murder, drug running, and even diamond smuggling; every crime imaginable, except the one he’s guilty of committing.
As Mason struggles under the scrutiny of the law, along with society’s false speculations and exaggerated assumptions about him, he learns to use them to his advantage; and laughs all the way to the bank. Helping him along the way is the stunningly beautiful, Charmagne Chabeaux. The multiracial, Creole beauty and acting member of the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana, offers him the stability his life needs. But when his past follows him to Louisiana, the undercover gangster must either release his inner “thug” to protect himself and those around him; or they’ll all perish.
A sarcastically subtle, social satirical story snatched from today’s headlines, “The Panty Bandit” reinforces the English idiom of not judging a person purely by their outward appearance; in other words, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”!
