Fifteen-year-old Toby Garrison continues to blame himself for the car accident that took his mother’s life three months ago. So, when his dad forces him to move to a small town, away from everyone and everything he knows, Toby sees it as punishment. But feeling cut off from the outside world is the least of his worries when his father disappears, and the pompous town sheriff refuses to do anything about it!
To make matters worse, the landline at the house has been cut, local thugs are terrorizing Toby, and the Special Forces uncle the teen barely knows arrives out of the blue to offer his assistance.
Who can Toby trust in this tangled web of conspiracy?

“but this book was a super fun read from start to finish”
Five Star Review on Amazon by Kaley Rhea
You know that scene in the original Toy Story where Buzz punches Woody in the face so hard it spins Woody’s head around? Okay, so in this scenario, I am Woody. This book is Buzz. And the punch in the face is feelings and plot twists.
I won’t give anything away, but this book was a super fun read from start to finish. The characters are insanely lovable and WILL destroy your life in the best way. I already can’t wait for a Book 2!
