“The Beloved” is a journey of the senses, the heart and the mind, taking the reader ever closer to the essence of Sacred Union and what it truly means to fall into Love. The poems can be read in isolation, used to meditate upon or read from start to finish in one sitting. Each poem takes one ever closer to forgiveness, love, dreaming and visioning what Sacred Union truly means. This is a simple yet powerful guide for anyone seeking to experience more Love in their thoughts, hearts and lives.
Inspired by the shamanic path of the dreamer Amber Agha shares with a profound honesty her path to Sacred Union.
“The poems I have read… are true Love poems with that wonderful mystic quality I have only otherwise found in Sufi poetry – the total lack of separation between the sacred and the physical. I find them wonderfullly moving and reassuring at the same time….They are beautiful to savour.”
Jonathan Horwitz, Founder, The Scandinavian School of Shamanic Studies.”
