The Ketogenic Cookbook, by Gloria Williams, is filled with colorful and easy to prepare recipes. I enjoyed reading the introduction about the benefits of this type of cooking. The pictures of the food are compelling, and range from main courses to desserts. My favorites included the almond-crusted chicken and hazelnut avocado pudding. The directions are easy to read, and the nutritional information for each dish is helpful. If you’re interested in Ketogenic cooking, this book is a wonderful introduction!
