Five Star Review on Amazon By MedusaTroll
The Lights Went Out and Other Stories is a hodgepodge of 22 beautifully written short stories encompassing all genres. If you like inspirational romances or humans overcoming adversity written in a way that is similar to the Chicken Soup books, there’s her ‘Blood Orange’ and ‘Check’ story. If you are in to thrillers and suspense, similar to Clive Barker’s Thief of Always, there is her story ‘The Welcoming Committee’. And that is only three of the stories in her book!
This is a fantastic addition to have on your nightstand because every night I was able to turn on my kindle and begin and end an entire world in only a few minutes. Each story is fully developed, has detailed descriptions, and characters that are different and complex within just a few pages!
