This was an easily understandable book. Finally, something put together by a medical person that I could read and wrap my head around without all the technical jargon. I have my own issues at the age of 59, and people say 'You're not old' and I explain that it's not the age, it's the mileage. I don't want to get into my medical issues, however, I have a lot of issues that the elderly would have even at my age. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend this book to anyone that has someone in their family that is approaching their upper years and you want to recognize things early so you can have an idea of the help you may be able to provide. Great book!
